Since 1995, we have been helping small to medium-sized businesses (SMB) navigate the communications and data service worlds. Based in Hazlet, NJ our TCSI team of professionals have extensive experience in everything from legacy telephone systems, premise-based networks, and PBX systems to the latest cutting-edge technology including VoIP, SIP trunking, unified communications platforms, as well as cloud migration and infrastructure hosting.
With certifications from six manufacturers, at TCSI we are available to offer support, maintenance, and repairs for Panasonic, Nextiva, and Iwatsu.

Todd Michael
Founder/Vice President of Operations
I founded TCSI of NJ in my garage in 1995 and although the business has grown, my original vow to make customer service a top priority has never wavered. I know there is competition out there and I know my company must be innovative and forward-thinking to keep our clients moving forward at a pace comfortable for them. I am proud of the fact that customer service is why my clients keep coming back to me.
I am a lifelong resident of New Jersey, currently living in Old Bridge with my wife of 29 years, Patty, and our adopted pets. I am proud and excited that my son, Justin has decided to join me and our team at TCSI.
Marc Schwerd
Vice President of Information Services
My career before I joined TCSI 20+ years ago was with a large IT department for a New York-based software and professional services company. I developed my skills by being responsible for the development and communications equipment before transitioning into a market and client implementation role.
At TCSI, we work together to bring our customers the best of both worlds: the best business telecommunications system that makes sense for their needs and the support they need to feel confident we are their telecommunications and data services partner.
I am currently living in Monmouth County with my wife, Paula, and our son Joshua and spend my free time enjoying tennis, sailing, and long walks on the beach.
Justin Michael
Field Service Technician
Joining the family business in 2011, I started at TSCI as a steppingstone to see if the field was of interest to me and I have been hooked ever since. I love being out in the field and developing professional and personal relationships with every client and letting them know TCSI will always be there for them.
I am certified in 2 manufacturers of PBX telephone and voicemail systems, I have 10 years of experience in the profession which includes telephone system installation, service, and training as well as installing voice, data, and fiber optic cabling. I live in Aberdeen with my rescued pets and enjoy automotive sports photography and spending time with friends at Lake George.

We will remain your telecommunications partner through the process from sales to installation from training to onboarding. And it won’t end there.
Post-installation service is all part of the TCSI of NJ partnership, we will provide continuous training, install required updates and programming. As an owner-operated organization, we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service, superior relationships, and open communication throughout the process and after the sale.
